Email updates

If you sign up for A Note from Sarah, your email address is used to send journal posts, book news, and occasional updates. MailerLite manages the signup and email list. You confirm your address before joining, and you can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting Sarah.

Your email address is not sold. MailerLite processes subscriber information to provide the email service. Its systems may record signup details and email engagement, such as opens or link clicks, depending on the service settings. Read MailerLite’s privacy policy for information about its handling of data.

Notes you send

If you email Sarah, your message and contact details are used to respond to your note or request. Please share only information you are comfortable sending by email, especially when discussing your health.

Website services and outside links

The hosting and email services may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services. Embedded signup forms may use cookies or similar technologies.

Your choices

You can read the site without subscribing. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information Sarah holds about you, email sudonymsllc@gmail.com. Unsubscribing stops email updates, though a record may be retained to honor that choice.
